New Deacon Test Server – Live!

Happy 2012, everyone! A few months ago, the generous folks at Attendit.se donated a virtual server for Deacon testing. As of today, that server is live, running the standard set of Meteor test channels for Deacon clients.

The server address is: test.deaconproject.org (83.140.103.26)

The available channels are:

  • 2sec
  • 10sec
  • 1min
  • 10min
Now that Deacon has an "official" test server that's much more reliable than the one I provided personally (aging hardware on an unreliable residential network) I will be taking the "home.daverea.com" Meteor server offline. Please use test.deaconproject.org for all testing from now on!

  2. How can i download source about this server?

  3. I’m not sure what you’re asking for, but you can find the source code for the Meteor Server (…Deacon acts as a client to this server) at http://www.meteorserver.org/
